Can I use Float without an accounting software platform?

At the moment, you must already be signed up for either Xero, FreeAgent or Quickbooks Online to use Float.

How will Float charge me?

For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged each month on the day you originally signed up and your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month. For annual subscriptions you will be charged the annual fee and we will remind you in advance of your subscription automatically renewing 12 months from the date of your original subscription

What if I cancel my Subscription?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all subscriptions if you change your mind within the first 14 days. If you would like to cancel a subscription after 14 days, please contact our billing department.

How does the free trial work?

The free trial lasts 14 days and gives you full access to the software. If you sign up to a plan before the end of your trial, your plan won’t start until your trial has ended.

Does Float take my currency?

Float accepts USD, GBP, AUD, and EUR.

How can I pay?

Float takes Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are made online.

What are Scenarios in Float?

Scenarios let you model different budgeting outcomes. Looking to see if you can afford to hire 2 new members of staff instead of one? You can use a scenario to track where your bank account balance will be in either situation. Scenarios are a unique perspective into where your bank balance will be based on the different decisions you might make, arming you with the foresight to see the impact of your decisions way in advance.
