Book a demo with a Float expert
What happens on the call
- 130 minutes, no slide deck. A working session with a cash flow specialist,.
- 2We connect your Xero or QuickBooks. You see your own numbers in Float, not a demo account.
- 3We model a scenario that matters to you. A new hire, a late payer, a funding round, multiple entities.
- 4You leave with a forecast and a clear answer on whether Float fits, either way.
The Xero integration is seamless, the reports are easy to share with stakeholders, and the platform is very user-friendly.

Before you book
The questions we get asked most often.
How long does the demo take?
Thirty minutes. If you run multiple entities or a more complex setup, tell us when you book and we’ll allow longer.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing at all. If you’d like to see your own numbers rather than a sample company, have your Xero or QuickBooks login to hand and we’ll connect it together on the call.
Is this a sales call?
It’s a product session. We’ll ask what you’re trying to fix, show you whether Float does it, and cover pricing if you want to talk about it. No obligation either way.
Can I just start a free trial instead?
Absolutely — it’s 14 days, no credit card required. A demo tends to be quicker if you’re consolidating multiple entities, moving off spreadsheets, or need to show a forecast to a board or lender.
I’m not the decision maker. Should I still book?
Yes. Invite anyone else who should see it — the calendar invite forwards fine. Plenty of teams book a second session once their CFO or finance director wants a closer look.
How does Float connect to my accounting software?
Through the official Xero and QuickBooks Online app connections, and you can disconnect at any time. Sage Intacct is coming soon.
